LAST WEEK: Jackson 8, Perry 3; Fitch 34, Hoover 27.

LAST MEETING: Hoover won 13-7 last year.

WHAT TO WATCH: The Vikings came out pass-happy last week and head coach Don Hertler Jr. put his team in the best situation he could to pull off an upset over Fitch. Perry probably does not know which offense will show up. Both teams are struggling. The Panthers needs to win out to avert a losing season.

Hoover needs a win to give its team a shot in the arm and end the season on a positive note.

The Panthers are struggling to do what they do best: Run the ball. Last week against a good Jackson defense, RBs Jeff Tallman and Tony Pierce combined for 70 yards on 26 carries.

Perry needs to brush up on its pass defense. Hoover QB Jason Foote is coming off a career day last week when he threw for 303 yards and attempted 25 passes, completing 15.
