Inside the coaches’ office at North Canton Memorial Stadium, there always seems to be a chill in the air. It’s a bit dingy. It’s part man cave, part bat cave.

This is where Don Hertler Jr. and one of the best high school football coaching staffs in Northeast Ohio hatch their plans. It’s where, on Sundays, they spend more time with one another than with their families.
