MCKINLEY SCOUTING REPORT:
The McKinley Bulldogs come into the game with momentum having defeated GlenOak and Perry in back to back weeks. McKinley has only thrown four touchdown passes this season. Instead, they rely heavily on a power running game behind a six man rotation offensive line. The O-line: Jacob Williams, Skyler Parks, Chris Moore, Philleano Kennard, Scott Pittman and Kevin Mills.
McKinley averages 223 rushing yards per game and have scored 21 rushing touchdowns this season. Leading their ground game are, Sa'Veon Holloway (104-530-8), Kyle Ohradzansky (87-305-5) and Elijah Farrakhan (68-380-4).
Defensively, McKinley has a very solid front seven anchored by their two outstanding defensive ends, Steve Miller and Se'Von Pittman.
Steve Miller (6-4, 242), the Ohio State-bound defensive end is quick and has a long reach that makes it difficult for teams to run in his area code. On the other side of the line is Se’Von Pittman (6-5, 235, Jr), who may be more athletic than Miller.
If the Vikings have any aspirations of making the playoffs, they must beat McKinley. Even with a 3-4 record, the Vikings are just three spots out of eighth place to qualify for post-season play.
